Additional fees and conditions
All prices are for an occupancy of up to 6 persons.
Add 10€/ day for each additional person (max. 2 additional persons).
Minimum rental period is 5 days. Please inquire for shorter stays.
25% of total rental fee must be paid at time of reservation confirmation, the remainder must be paid 28 days before arrival.
A deposit of 250.00 € is required, payable 28 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure, provided that no damages have been incurred.
Cleaning fee (payable 28 days before arrival)
50€ for up to 3 persons
75€ for up to 6 persons
Refunds/ cancellations
The following amounts are due in case of cancellations
(% of the total rental fee):
10% up to 28 days before arrival date
25% up to 21 days before arrival date
50% up to 14 days before arrival date
75% up to 7 days before arrival date
100% when cancelling 3 days or less before arrival date
